We would like to be able to develop customer relationships of sufficient trust that customers felt comfortable giving confidential information over the net. Many of these propects will have already experienced IAC services, which should facilitate initiation of the relationship. At the moment our bootstrapped, micro-SME is growing organically and about to breakeven at 6 months old, so although we are miles away from initiating this strategy we would like to identify and discuss salient issues. I should be grateful for any suggestions you might like to make.
